- Industry expertise spans industrial manufacturing, technology, business services, construction & engineering. - Managed and executed over 100 transactions ranging in enterprise value up to $27 billion. - Led project management of large cross functional teams (Tax, Operations, Commercial, IT, HR, Technical Accounting). - Developed a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset by navigating multiple transactions concurrently, requiring management of various stakeholders across each process (e.g. client team, Board of directors, legal, investment banking, other advisors).- Maintained recurring client relationships with PE clients.
