As Head Group Finance and Controlling at Schaffner Group, I am responsible for a variety of tasks. In addition to my previous role as Head Group Controlling, I now also manage the Group Accounting and the Accounting of the Swiss companies, develop and implement Accounting policies and work closely with the Group CFO to manage the treasury function. In addition, I plan and conduct internal audits to minimize compliance risks and continuously optimize the Group's financial processes.

In my role as Head Group Controlling at Schaffner Group, I was responsible for the management of division controllers and the technical leadership of the financial managers of the foreign group companies. I coordinated the group-wide planning process, ensured reporting to group management and was responsible for product costing, standard costs and the development of controlling processes and policies. I was also responsible for the further development of tools in the area of digitalization, reporting and analyses.

As Division Controller Power Magnetics at Schaffner Group, I prepared division reporting, planned and coordinated financial processes and worked on the preparation of business plans and strategic projects. I managed and trained local controllers in different countries and conducted regular reviews of financial statements. I also developed key performance indicators and acted as a business sparring partner for the Division Head.

As Group Accountant at the Schaffner Group, I was jointly responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, budget and forecast processes and prepared analyses. I was the contact person for special accounting topics and built up the group-wide internal control system.

As Assistant Manager Audit at KPMG AG, I managed mandates according to IFRS and commercial law, worked on the audit of consolidated financial statements and took over the reporting. I worked in various industries and had management responsibility as an engagement manager.

My main responsibilities include processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and handling orders. In doing so, I always pay attention to high quality and efficiency in processing in order to meet the expectations of our customers. I also support the team in planning, coordinating and organizing projects aimed at continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
