• Worked on Activia and Probiotic Health leading product development for the launches of the following: Activia Fruit Fusion, Lactose Free Activia and Activia Probioic Dailies drinks, which in total brought in ~$50MM net profit Y1• Worked with the Global team to better understand worldwide trends and to design products around consumer insights

Helped reformulate sprinkles to prevent melting and colors bleeding in packaging. Worked in the factory in Costa Rica to help increase output and re-design the layout of the facility to add equipment for increased production.

Performed Chemical, Physical and Sensory testing of Raw Materials as well as Finished Flavors and Fragrances (essential oils) in order to approve and release them for use based on analyzing GC, FTIR and SG data. Helped write, develop and integrate new Standard Operating Procedures for the plant as well as new methods for documentation control and traceability through SAP.
