Certified the accuracy of all enterprise demutualization reports, including the share allocation process, and recommended that the Company Actuary authorize the distribution of over $17 billion in compensation.Led a multi-disciplined team to develop the rules for managing claimants who participated in an Alternative Dispute Resolution claims resolution process as a result of a class action lawsuit against Prudential, to ensure that the claimants would not be disadvantaged in the demutualization process as a result of their relief choices.Technical expert of the Corporate Oversight Team that responded to escalated policyholder inquiries to ensure that all policyholders were treated fairly, equitably, and in accordance with the Plan of Reorganization. Drafted written responses to policyholders and called policyholders to clearly articulate actuarial aspects of the demutualization.Trained the call center customer service representatives. Monitored live calls for quality assurance. Provided on-site support in call centers and spoke to irate policyholders on escalated calls to resolve their concerns.Led implementation of the eligibility rules for the Plan of Reorganization that defined when a policy is in force, who is the owner, who is entitled to vote, the appropriate form of compensation, and the aggregation of an owner’s multiple policies.
