Managed Services Consultant
Current- Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administration on Veeva CRM and associated products, Vault, Network, OpenData, Approved Email, Engage to assigned customers- Use Custom Settings, Custom Objects, etc. to customize the online environment (salesforce.com) and the Veeva Offline applications- Set up new custom objects, new automations, etc. utilizing Salesforce tools such as Object Manager, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder- Analyze and deploy new product features, from both Salesforce and Veeva- Maintain Production and Sandbox environments- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to's- Data imports and exports using APEX data loader- Add/delete/change users, set up security via sharing rules, territories, profiles, permission sets, and roles- Create reports and dashboards- Interact with Veeva Product Support on customer’s behalf
