- Senior Network Analyst and Network Operations Support

- Lead network analyst for corporate wide Aruba wifi network, critical northern Alberta field site assets and data center support.- Design & Implementation support for deployment of campus network for a new corporate office tower - Utilizing various network monitoring tools (LiveAction, Riverbed, Fluke TruView and Solarwinds NPM/NCM) to troubleshoot network performance issues and to perform QoS validation- Network designing & planning for all Cenovus field site expansions, acquisitions & divestitures- Working with Cenovus PMO to deliver various projects to completion in a timely manner and within budget- Managing vendor relationships for Wan service providers including: Telus, Bell, Axia/Supernet, Shaw and 3CIS (licensed & unlicensed radios)

- Network support for Telus.NET, Telus TV middleware and internal Telus groups- Managed & supported 10 Nokia checkpoint and Cisco PIX firewall clusters which provide public & private access to the Telus.NET network- System administration of several Sun Solaris/Linux/Windows servers running network monitoring applications (MRTG, NAGIOS, TACACS)- Developed and created various service support procedures- Team member for on-call support (24x7)

- 3rd level support for Lan/Wan for all Canadian & US properties- Managed several large projects from design to implementation- Responsible for new property acquisition network migrations- Team member for on-call support (24x7)
