Arc of Greater New Orleans mission is to secure for all people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to develop, function and live to their fullest potential. I served on the Board and as the Board President (2011-2015), and also helped with various growth-related challenges (Technology planning, social enterprise value assurance, ...) as they expanded the local services footprint and social enterprises.

Accountable for Shell Upstream Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Industrial Cyber Security and Integrated Operations strategy, planning, and execution. Desired business outcomes (operational excellence, asset integrity, risk reduction, profitability) involves effective coordination and collaboration among several internal and external partners, locally and globally.Given the rapidly increasing adoption of remote/distributed ways of working, along with exponential growth in data access and data movement to/from the assets, I am focusing on robust industrial cyber security risk management for our operating assets, including advanced analytics for threat detection.Foundational work delivered successfully over the last several years has been focused on deployment of resilient IP networks to our remote operating environments, collaboration and data visualization enablers, and optimal venues for execution of work processes across field and office staff (Operations Centers). This has allowed us to aggressively adopt remote working, and has enabled optimization of several work processes, resulting in asset operating efficiencies, production improvements, exposure reduction, and cost efficiencies.This capability was fully-mature when the COVID lockdown occurred in early 2020, and was highly-leveraged internally and by external suppliers and regulatory bodies to conduct a wide spectrum of work remotely.Recent deliverables were targeted at foundational enterprise Digitalization themes; specifically data and information management, data lakes, business intelligence, and analytics. Strategically, the objectives included embedding ways of working that treat data as an enterprise asset, manage the integrity of the digital asset, and efficient extraction of business value from the digital asset.

Managed a product line delivering application integration infrastructure to both internal product teams as well as for 3rd party applications. Products were delivered as part of solutions and independently to the process manufacturing industry and business solutions partners. Facilitated relationships with key technology partners (Microsoft, Tibco, IBM).

Developed new line of business focused on process manufacturing industry application integration / middleware product sales and services. Value created led to acquisition of company in April 2000.
