I am the founder of Usertip, a digital adoption platform designed to scale adoption of software. Our no-code platform enables anyone to build in-application guidance for users. We streamline and automate the onboarding, training and support experience while ensuring a user driven learning experience that is personalised and contextualised for greater learning efficiency and effectiveness.I write, speak, teach and consult on innovation, particularly in the legal market. Drawing on a broad base of knowledge from a background in law, legaltech startups and solution implementation with professional service firms, I work with clients looking to drive innovation in their organisations. I am the founder of Regall, a legal design and development consultancy that provides innovation implementation advisory to law firms, legal departments, legal institutions, legal tech entrepreneurs and law schools. We also work alongside tech firms in the development of UX design and information architecture that caters to the needs of participants in the legal industry. I am passionate about modernizing legal education and training for lawyers in the digital age. I frequently run workshops on Legal Design which entails utilizing design approaches to the legal services, processes and delivery. This was done by coordinating client needs and translating that into feature sets and mockups. These were then communicated and implementation managed alongside the software development team.I also worked alongside clients in technology implementation for the firm. This included the planning and phasing of technology adoption for firms up to 400 headcount in size over a number of months. In my time at tessaract, implementation was carried out for over 30 firms.In my time I also doubled in operations managing the sales team as well support and onboarding. -
Legal InternAllen & Gledhill Llp Jun 2017 - Jun 2017Did a 3 week stint with the Financial Services Department working on Property Fund matters. Work primarily revolved around the structuring of several deals that were being handled by the department. I was primarily carrying out work relating to proof reading as well as drafting prelimenary prospectus descriptions and risk factors relating to our client. As this was still at an early stage, most of the client's documents had not been tranlated from chinese and thus it was necessary to go through the document in chinese before translating relevant information to be included into english. At some points, note taking conducted during conference calls in chinese/english were also carried out.

Significant work was also carried out on charting relationships and knock on effects between relevant financial regulation legislation due to significant legislative amendments in the regulatory regimes in response to the evets of the 2007 financial crisis.

During the period, our team was involved with a time sensitive matter in which urgent legal avisory was sought. I was primarily involved with legal research on difficult points of law and eventually significant portions of my research was incorporated into the final advisory that was sent out to the client.
