Create and facilitate presentations for perspective clients providing core competencies and capabilities of the LF family.• Liaison between Global and Domestic LF offices, facilitating information to enable acquisition of programs from both new customers and existing customers.• Manage, train and mentor a team of 20 associates that support costing, order entry, logistics, EDI, allocations, distribution and compliance.• Hold and manage the Importer of Record (“IOR”) and CTPAT certification.• Keeping overhead flat while business increased by leveraging resources in the LF family. • Serve on the LF Acquisition team to perform due diligence on any potential purchases.

• Manage 45 million dollars of supply chain business from order management, customer service to distribution. • Operational point person in the US for all Kohl’s, Belk’s, BBB, Avon, Meijer’s, Steinmart, Saks of 5th and Disney replenishment programs acting as a liaison between Hong Kong and US on all supply chain management issues.• Responsible for insuring that business replenishment plans are sound through projection by analyzing sales and inventory movement in order to assist accounts with current and future programs.• Provide transparent view of supply chain for customers by providing reports on purchase orders, FOB dates, ETA port dates, custom clearance, distribution pull dates and inventory aging.• Responsible for all operational and reporting functions of 4 domestic warehouses including supply and demand projections and forecasting space requirements.• Manage, train and mentor a team of 10 associates that support costing, order entry, logistics, EDI, allocations, distribution and compliance.

• Managed all Operations functions as it applied to Customer Service and Order Management for $50 million dollar LF USA Branded businesses.• Customers included Wal-Mart, Sears, JCP, Goody’s, Kohl’s, Gottschalks, Fred Myer and a multitude of smaller chains and family businesses.• Daily interaction with buyers to coordinate deliveries, discus issues and push reorders to increase sales.• Lead weakly production and sales meetings to analyze market trends, customer satisfaction and proactively identified problems and recommended solutions with the objective of increasing sales.• Manage, train and mentor a team of four associates that support customer service, order entry and EDI.• Establish and enforce SOP compliance for Customer functions including vendor relations, order entry, EDI transactions, charge backs.• Responsible for all operational and reporting functions of one domestic warehouses including supply and demand projections and forecasting space requirements.• Business representative in the selection, migration, and implementation of a new ERP systems for LF USA.
