Includes budgeting, project resource and capability management, the technical and overall execution of project delivery. - Projects includes: Globeone App (end-consumer one-stop mobile application), Globe At-home Broadband App (end-consumer mobile specifically for the company broadband customers), Globe Website, Globe Online Store, Call Center revamp (Amazon Connect, Robotic Process Automation), Gie of Globe (Chatbot), among others- Technologies included: Adobe Experience Manager, OSS/BSS, API Gateways, Amazon Connect and Call Center systems such as IVR, IOS and Android dev tool kits, Email Management Systems, RPA etc. - Managed a cross-functional team that was composed of Product Owners, Agile practitioners, UeX, Web and Mobile Developers, IT Development teams, 3rd-party suppliers, to name a few.

At that time, the total manpower complement was the largest group in IBM (i.e. ~1000 IT practitioners)- Technologies include: Cloud, Java and other Web related technologies, Legacy (Mainframe, Cobol, etc), Middleware, Database Management Systems, among others. - Works with various local (i.e. SAP Practice, App Dev Practice, etc) and global teams (i.e. Pursuit Teams, Account Managers, Global Service Lines, Portfolio and Delivery Centers).- Actively involved in pursuits, pre-sales, and solution validation including pitch presentations to Client Executives to support IBM sales and revenue growth initiatives.
