I have over 25 years of IT Implementation and Digital Transformation experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM and the largest Telecommunications company in the Philippines, Globe Telecom. I’ve led numerous IT Service Delivery and Operations teams for a variety of Application Services and Technologies, including spearheading Digital and Omnichannel Transformation for Enterprises. My experience covers E2E IT Service Delivery: IT Outsourcing, Application Development, Testing and Implementation, IT Service Management (ITIL), and including areas such as Business Continuity and Information Risk and Security and People Management.I also led the implementation and launch of several Omni-channel Digital transformation projects for Globe Telecom. This includes the end-consumer mobile application (Globeone), the revamp of the Globe website (www.globe.com.ph) and Globe online store-portal, the messenger chatbot (Gie of Globe), just to name a few. I also have extensive implementation and audit experience in a number of global process frameworks and certifications such as CMMi, ISO2000, ISO27000, BS25999 and SAFE (Scaled agile) for enterprise; among others. I’ve led the successful certification of the HP Global Delivery Philippines Center in several of the aforementioned process frameworks. Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and one of the co-founders of an eLearning Consulting Agency, Bihasa (www.bihasa.ph). In this capacity, I manage all aspects of Project Delivery as well as overall operational and administrative functions of the company. As a member of the founding team, I also provide and lead strategic activities for the company. I am also a co-founder of another elearning start-up, Liyab (www.liyab.ph) and serves as one of the board members of the company providing direction and support to the company’s CEO. I live and breathe Digital, but aside from that, I am very passionate about Learning and Mentoring. I have conducted a number of trainings, both internally and externally, revolving around Leadership, Personal and Career Development.
