As a Principal and Management Strategy Solution Architect at LMI, I provide subject matter expertise, advice and support to various client project teams, proposal efforts, emerging services, research, training, and other internal management initiatives.

Attained the role of Chairman of the Government Division in 2019 through which I am leading efforts focused on finding ways for Federal, State, Local and International governments to improve quality and performance. For information technology (IT) firm, was responsible for overall operating procedures to efficiently meet business needs; commitment of company resources; interface with clients; identifying improvements in processes; monitoring performance and deliverable quality. Redesigned the business development strategy/approach to improve success.

Was responsible for overseeing projects, monitoring contract adherence, quality control, technical advice, developing business, training, managing accounts (e.g., SSA, Treasury, DOT), capture, leading proposals, conducting oral presentations, facilitating workshops, and leading internal improvement efforts. Directed a wide variety of projects covering.

Led a 20-person team on a competitive sourcing effort of approximately 5000 Public Works and Logistics personnel at 12 U.S. Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Army installations nationwide, making it the largest combined competitive sourcing (A-76) study ever awarded at the time. Contributed extensively to building the business at MAI, helping to grow.

Directed technical and support staff in management studies (i.e., methods improvement, staffing standards, human resources, privatization, etc.) for Federal agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Dept. of Justice and Dept. of Interior. For FAA’s Airway Facilities (AF), developed staffing standards for Air Route Traffic Control Center.

Developed a manual for determining manpower and physical size requirements of U.S. Naval maintenance facilities. Briefed Naval officers on project status. Designed facilities to optimize the use of space and minimize material handling. Identified machines, tools and storage equipment to meet maintenance initiatives.
