I have significant refined products and crude oil commercial experience with terminal and pipeline assets, with a particular focus on acquisitions, organic growth projects (including rail) and FERC regulations; I have also been employed as a professional witness. In total, I have 44 years of experience in refining and midstream businesses. Prior to joining Edgewood as a Senior Advisor, I was Senior Director of Business Development for Buckeye Partners responsible for revenue growth in both the pipeline and terminal businesses. At Shell Oil, I had various assignments, including head of Refinery Optimization U.S. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Coupled with my engineering degrees, I have taken selected MBA courses at University of Missouri and Tulane University.
