The mission of the N.V. Noord-Brabant Development Agency (BOM) is to create, improve, maintain and develop the industrial structure in Noord-Brabant by offering a range of professional services. The BOM was established in 1983 and is funded and financed by the Dutch State and the Province of Noord-Brabant. Noord-Brabant is a region in the south of the Netherlands.My role is Venture Developer in the team Brabant Ventures; together with private equity partners i act as a co-investor and strategic development partner in promising ecosystems and joint innovation projects with focus on innovative business cases, start ups, scale ups & new ventures (single- or multi company, JV) . Experienced in Venture Building: Coaching of founders, member of the advisory board, setting up the innovation strategy, business model innovation, market validation, fund raising, and high tech product development. Main areas of interest are New Energy Systems, Automotive and Logistics & Services, Supply Chain, Smart & Green Mobility and Smart Energy Grids.

BOM Ecosystems Development acts as initiator and strategic network partner for promising ecosystems and joint innovation projects with focus on innovative business cases and (shared) facilities for start ups, scale ups & new ventures. My experience is focussed on setting up new business and new companies in the business area of Batteries, Hydrogen Charging infrastructure, High Tech Systems, New Energy, Smart Grids, Energy management and Smart & Green Mobility.

Together with industry and governmental authorities, WaterstofNet develops and realises sustainable hydrogen projects and roadmaps to enable zero-emission transport and energy storage. Its central focus is on Flanders and the Netherlands.

De Haas & Bastiaans is een advies & interimbureau dat bedrijven helpt bij de ontwikkeling innovatieve project op het snijvlak innovatie, nieuwe business en financiering. We bieden kennis, begeleiden processen en nemen initiatief tot nieuwe bedrijvigheid. Een van de projecten was het opzetten van een internationale salesafdeling voor een produktiebedrijf in de voedingsmiddelen industrie.

In mijn rol als programmamanager was ik gericht op ontwikkeling en realiseren van een groep van complexe gebiedsprojecten voor diverse opdrachtgevers vanuit overheden, investeerders & private grondeigenaren. Mijn werk was acquireren van projecten, projectdefinitie, mobiliseren van projectpartners, organiseren van financiering, gronden verwerven en de projectcoördinatie bij de uitvoering.

NV REWIN West-Brabant is de regionale ontwikkelingsmaatschappij voor West-Brabant. REWIN bevordert de regionale economische ontwikkeling door bedrijven te stimuleren in West-Brabant te investeren. REWIN informeert bij kantoor en bedrijfsvestiging, ondersteunt bij groei & financiering en ontwikkelt regionale projecten.Mijn rol was het opzetten van een nieuw team binnen het bedrijf gericht op het ondersteunen van innovatieve bedrijvenclusters. In 3 jaar is deze activiteit uitgegroeid tot team van 5 medewerkers met een projectvolume van circa 5 miljoen € per jaar gericht op kansrijke thema's voor de toekomst. Zo is gestart met een programma gericht op Maintenance, Logistiek en Energie.

The DHV Group is an employee-owned engineering consultancy, known for the highest levels of expertise and leadership in sustainability. Specialties: Transportation, Aviation, Water, Environment. My role as management consultant was executing energy saving programs for dutch industry sectors. I was responsible for the sectors Dairy, Aluminium and Semiconductor manufacturing. For the French region I was responsible for all the DHV energy activities . My accounts were: Campina Melkunie, Philips, Pechiney, DOC Kaas, Friesland Dairy Foods and Vredestijn.

AkzoNobel is the world’s largest paint and coatings company and a world leading chemicals producer. My work was about a new production method to produce fibers. Together with the Technical University of Eindhoven i researched an device for transport and streching of these fibers.
