For several years, I’ve been working as a business consultant and agent for SEG International, one of the world’s top sports agencies, where I manage all the business aspects of my clients' careers. In addition to recruiting top cyclists, I work not only with the world’s best riders but also with rising young talents, helping them shape their careers and unlock their full potential.In the meantime, I founded my own business, Kumano, bringing innovative cycling solutions to companies. Additionally, I’ve worked as a cycling commentator for major broadcasters like Eurosport and Ziggo, which sharpened my communication skills and broadened my expertise in the sport.Now, I’m eager to bring my recruitment and business management experience from the world of elite sports into a broader context.
