Coordinate all aspects (legal, intra- & inter-institutional, technical, operational) of Statbel's access to administrative and big data. Administrative data, although already well-integrated, require constant follow-up in Belgium's complex and ever evolving federal structure; while big data, the 'third data revolution in statistics' happening right now, present wholly new challenges from a legal (privacy), technical ('too big to handle') and strategic perspective (developing a business model with private-sector data owners).
