I am the practice group leader of the Linowes and Blocher LLP Condominium and HOA Practice Group. I represent lenders and developers primarily in Maryland and Washington, D.C. My practice focuses on the development of complex mixed-use, vertically subdivided projects governed by condominium, covenants conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs), or reciprocal easement structures, including commercial, residential office, retail, and hotel uses, as well as the development of community associations and residential new construction and conversion condominiums.
