Submitting construction materials for approval of the project owner as per project specification- Ensuring the quantity of the materials are being monitored as per plan and BOQ- Ensuring the proper material handling off-site and on-site- Checking the quality of the workmanship of material installation as per project specification and approved methodology- Checking the location of installation are reflected based on approved shop drawings and site layout.- Conducting visual inspection and testing after installation as per approved ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan)- Ensuring all materials, conducted inspections and testing, etc. are documented- Coordination Meeting with PCM and other Contractors.-Doing the Billing Progress of the ProjectShopdrawings , cadworks -Reportings (Daily,Weekly,Monthly)- Material Estimation- Project Scheduling-Material Inventory- Aircon Installer , troubleshooting and maintenance.- Recommendation of Air conditioning System.
