Responsible revenue and pricing initiatives and regulatory campaigns, identifying strategies then developing through the approval process, data selections, mailing and implementation and then back-end analysis and validation;Managing reporting and analysis team, producing and developing management information reports for all areas of the Business Card portfolio including Collections, Customer Service and Marketing; Establishing a suite of regular MI and responding to ad-hoc requests for MI;Subject matter expert for data relating to the Business Card portfolio;
