- Embarked on extensive global travel, spanning across 30+ countries, to provide hands-on support for the seamless and efficient operation of CATACARB® CO2 capture units.- Lead the design of high-performance CATACARB® CO2 capture units, engineered to effectively capture anywhere between 10 - 3800 tons per day of CO2, contributing to substantial emissions reduction, environmental stewardship, and process performance excellence.

- Played an integral role in the development and design of CO2 removal systems in the ethylene oxide, ammonia, refinery, vinyl acetate monomer, and flue gas applications- Designed and specified process equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, control valves, storage tanks, and preliminary line sizing- Prepared process design packages including material and energy balances, process flow diagrams, equipment specification sheets, process control philosophies, and operating instructions

- Designed CATACARB hot potassium carbonate systems for the purification of gas streams by the removal of CO2 and H2S. Typical applications for the process include purification of ammonia synthesis gas, hydrogen production gas, natural gas, ethylene oxide (EO) recycle gas, and various other gas streams.- Convert amine and hot potassium carbonate acid gas removal systems to the CATACARB process.- Troubleshoot and provide support for E&A's existing CATACARB hot potassium carbonate operations in over 30 countries spanning various industries.
