Town Team Movement is an ‘under-arching’ non-profit organisation, leading positive change at the grassroots-level. We encourage citizens to be engaged and active in their community, help activate town centres and suburbs and assist communities to be resilient and independent. We achieve these objectives by creating and supporting town teams.Town Teams are groups of businesses, landowners and residents working positively and cooperatively with their local government to deliver placemaking projects, events and other actions to improve their local area.Town Team Movement has now grown to 58 Town Teams across Australia and New Zealand. It is funded by the RAC and other key foundation partners and has developed into a significant player within the placemaking movement.

The Mount Hawthorn Hub is a local Town Team in the Vincent precent and is one of Perth’s first established Town Teams.This role ignited my true passion of placemaking, which became the foundations to setting up the Town Team Movement.

ARCeden was a sustainable property consultancy firm. Offering high level accountable sales and marketing advice to the industry. The focus of the department was to list and market projects and business opportunities in the core areas of the existing business unit’s operations, whilst leveraging other identified strategic leads and opportunities. Leading the sales and asset management teams imbedding the new corporate strategies for the department has been a key part of the consultancy.The ARCeden business model was transitioned and updated to The Urban Agent.
