Marc Dubuc, président d’EMD Construction, baigne depuis toujours dans le monde de la construction. À 14 ans, il aide son père à rénover des logements locatifs à Verdun et à St-Henri. Plombier durant ensuite 10 ans, il devient entrepreneur général en 1998 en fondant EMD Construction. Il est rejoint en 2001 par Francis Charron, spécialiste en développement immobilier et en gestion des opérations. Ensemble, ils fondent Bâtimo, une entreprise spécialisée en promotion immobilière.
