Responsible for enabling the Technology Team to provide technology services in a customer focused manner that enables the highest performance of all Southern Cross Austereo Staff. I manage the day to day technology operations and the implementation of new and upgraded technology. I have a responsibility to ensure that all content delivery platforms are of the highest technical quality to maintain competitive market advantage at all timesResponsibilities include;-Maintaining all on air studios, transmission sites and technology systems to attain maximum operational up-time.-Manage the day to day operations proactively integrating and communicating with other functional units and executives to achieve service delivery expectations.-Ensuring that all administrative and business systems are consistent with the SOE under direction of national ICT teams.-Responding to local faults for repair as they occur.-Maintaining and approving operational and capital technology budgets for the Perth markets.-Ensuring that the OH&S of all employees are treated as a priority whilst ensuring action to prevent hazards is taken and employees are consulted where necessary.

Im part of the technology team which looks after the operation of Southern Cross Austereo's Sydney Office. My main responsibilities are to keep our FM and DAB+ stations on air and to deliver technical solutions and support to our business.I specialise in audio routing and am proficient in the operation and reconfiguring of Klotz on air systems and studio operations.My main responsibilities are for the Studio operation side of the business, which has seen me become proficient in on air systems which include Maestro play out systems, Phonebox, Voxpro, Adobe Audition, Newsboss, Protools, Axia audio just to name a few.
