Duties include: Operations and Maintenance of: (5) 1.7 MW HiTec Diesel UPS units (DUPS), (2) 2 MW Cummins Diesel Generators, (5) Johnston 40,000 lb/hr Boilers, (2) Trane Tandem 1800 ton Chillers,(1) 2.5 Million gallon thermal energy storage tank (TES) and their associated auxiliary equipment. Manage maintenance and operations of 1.1 million square ft. 489 bed Acute Care & Trauma Hospital and 70 satellite offices with 60 engineering employees. Maintain JACHO, DOH and OSHA compliance. Provide support for renovations and construction projects with engineering staff.
