About Marc Estavil

I am a senior business lawyer with an experience in contracts, corporate, insurance, and litigations. I've worked mainly in the industrial and IT sector but also within the transport and health business.I've also had the opportunity to develop project management skills with the handling of the deployment of a software solution ( Contrat-Tech) within the Schlumberger Group. This experience allowed me to assume the role of project manager within the Novescia Group for the set up of a joint technical facility destinated to perform biological analysis. These experiences evidenced the connections and common approach between managing project and providing legal security to business operations. I've also developped an interest in risk management and internal audit which are for me natural complementary activities to the legal one's.
