My personal proficiency in communicating at every level from Regional commissioners and Directors, operational Governors and their staff, partner agencies, volunteers, colleagues to service users, ensuring development and integrity of innovative services is what I can bring to your company.People skillsLeading the Check Out events always involves tough decisions when working with prisoners and organisations who have many different reasons for attending and ensuring a productive environment is key.Experience Delivering successful events, such as one that brought together over 50 external visitors including 5 Police and Crime Commissioners and Regional Directors of services into Exeter Prison, where prisoners were able to interact productively and safely, is an example of my work that required using my influence with Governors, staff and many agencies involved.  I have fought for this unique position to be continued characterised by pro-active, dynamic and complex relationship building over the last 4 years despite barriers.  My perseverance and drive have resulted in the service being commissioned across the region and copied in other UK regions. Innovative use of prison video-link facilities and influencing external housing teams participation to maximise prisoner involvement in their re-housing process on release, even if to meter expectations and reduce confrontation later on. This regular event is branded Check Out Housing Matters and has achieved involvement by 12 councils and other teams so far. I have promoted jobs, volunteering and learning with Check Out Work Matters eventsPlease see our promotional video for the Check Out & Departure Lounge made whilst a pilot project The Departure Lounge at HMP Exeter - YouTubeand a new one soon available Also do please get in contact via marccosmic@gmail.com
