I joined Dixcart Group in 2017 as Group Operations Officer. I work closely alongside the other Group personnel of Alex, Rob and Mark with the local offices in all the jurisdictions. I have three broad areas of responsibility that include: finances (financial management of the offices and the reporting to Group), operations, risk and compliance (risk committees, IT, policies and procedures), and business development (strategy oversight and reporting).Before joining Dixcart, I held a number of roles in the fiduciary sector. These include being Partner and Head of Trust at LJ Partnership, an international family office, Director of Client Services for JTC Group, a Guernsey based trustee, and Head of Business Development for Vistra Group, a Jersey based trustee.I have extensive experience of the CIS in particular. I work closely with CIS based clients on cross border solutions. In addition, I regularly recommend the use of a variety of structures, of which I have experience; including funds, PTCs, trusts and corporates, in order to provide appropriate solutions to clients.Before working in the trust sector, my previous experience was in advertising. I worked for Ogilvy & Mather for 7 years and setting up my own agency Alphabet Advertising which focused on a client base across the financial services spectrum. This experience makes me both a commercial and creative thinker and experienced in a wide variety of industries which is useful for my role as Group Operations Officer.I have a BA Hons in History from Winchester University and PgDip in Marketing from Kingston University, and a Dip in International Trust and Estate Management from Central Law Training. I am currently member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (MCSI).
