With Britannia Hotels, my duties included checking in/out of guests, cash handling, and security of the premises overnight. I was required to run the Night Audit every evening.

While working with JD Williams, I was responsible for receiving emails and letters from customers and responding to queries. Additionally, I was required one day a week to be receiving technical calls from customers having trouble while accessing the company website to order items. Overflow calls from the main enquiry line were also passed on to me.
