Lead a multi-disciplinary department composed of Technical Production (mechanical assembly), Biology Production, Quality Control and Industrialization teams. Responsible for establishing and driving the company’s operations. Playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and growth.

Lead a multicultural team of three engineers and five technicians responsible for all electrical test equipment used in the medical device manufacturing lines to ensure product functionalities meet specification. Beyond previous responsibilities, scope of accountability increased with the development review, installation and qualification of electrical test equipment, both for pre and post-market products. Accountable for the risk assessment and issue management in case of product quality concern in the scope of electrical/functional specifications. In charge of a cost center with an annual budget of about half a million CHF as well as CAPEX cost planning and follow-up.

Lead a team of five technicians responsible for about 70 electrical test equipment used in the medical device manufacturing lines. Accountable for maintenance (preventive and curative), calibration and continuous improvement of electrical test equipment, exceeding production uptime and yield KPIs. Accountable for the disposition and improvement of products’ electrical non- conformities as well as equipment spare parts management.

Lead a multicultural team of five engineers in a very challenging environment. In charge of product Firmware development and release to customers, customer projects follow-up from design-in till mass production, as well as driving customer service and support through agents and field application engineers.

In charge of a capacitive multi-touch product line (projects management, design-in, review, customer support, FW development, application notes documentation).

In charge of the design, simulation and layout of several analogue and mixed signal blocks.
