Owner/Operator, Multi-Location Coach and Supervisor • Create and maintain all facets of an onsite/offsite restaurant, catering, and vending company.• Sell, plan, and execute multiple events occurring simultaneously at different locations. • Develop customer and public relations; execute marketing programs and general business solutions resulting in company exposure, customer traffic, and sales. • Manage finances including cash flow, internal goals and incentives, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, ordering, inventory, external promotions, and internal/external annual audits.• Implement a team atmosphere and common goal orientated staff with a hand on approach consisting of on-going training, educational meetings, progress tracking, and communication.
