I've spent the last decade discovering the multitudinous penumbras of the food and beverage industry. I started off as a lowly restaurant dishwasher in my high school years, eventually becoming a executive chef in NYC (I was even invited to be on an episode of Food Network's "Chopped!"). My time as an executive chef taught me that I knew perilously little about the Beverage side of the food/beverage industry, so I moved to the Finger Lakes and started working and interning at wineries. With some additional education, I am now capable of coordinating and maintaining a food-science laboratory, especially one focused on the production of wines.
