I am working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for MeVis, a company which develops medical image processing software. I am responsible for several distributed, trans-continental and also co-located teams. Having studied Physics and Information Technology I started working as a technical project leader and software developer. At my current company I worked as a developer in Scrum teams first, then I switched roles and became an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.I gave several Scrum trainings inside and outside my company and coached also other Scrum Masters. I have a long experience in facilitation and visualization techniques and I am trained in team coaching. From 2015 until 2020 I was one of the organizers of the Agile User Group Bremen. In March 2016 I finished a year-long training as a mediator based on non-violent communication. I always liked working with people and I want to contribute to an effective and humane working environment.
