I have enjoyed over 30 highly successful years within the Estate Agency industry having worked through the ranks, from being a high profile Hampstead agent to becoming the Head of Sales and an Executive Director at Hamptons International, subsequently taking up a position of MD of the London Sales Division within the Dexters Estate Agency Group before moving to Marsh & Parsons to run the sales division as an executive Director. I have now returned to my Hampstead roots and joined the highly successful independent agency Marcus Parfitt as an executive consultant and broker. Marcus Parfitt is a leading and bespoke agency that specialises in the Prime NW London property market. I will be working with private clients, and specialising on high-end sales and acquisitions, whilst continuing to consult on select development projects.I have recently been working as a consultant for a new and exciting development company, The Key, focussed on providing truly affordable housing for key workers. I have a wealth of experience in selling property, leading and driving a powerful brand, building strategies, network growth, acquisitions and, developing market-leading teams with strong engagement and retention.
