• Manages the daily production flow of orders to ensure shipments are complete and on time to support Sales and Customer Service goals.

• Managed plant load and capacity to ensure production capacity was in sync with customer demand (Takt time).
• Managed all aspects of production scheduling to support customer demand, on time goals, and production efficiencies to meet cost targets.
• Created Scheduling process for the production floor based on new ERP system implemented in November of 2015.
• Managed flow of production orders through panel plant to support customer demand; this included daily expediting of orders through the various work centers.
• Development and oversight of all inventory transactions and cycle count functions through managing an Inventory Control Manager and Cycle Count personnel.
• Developed and managed our supermarket system for all raw materials.
