When it comes to my work experience, I think it’s best to start at the beginning. In 2010, I worked as a Valet Attendant for St. Mary’s Hospital. That job consisted of parking cars for Emergency Room patients and visitors. I enjoyed this position because I love automobiles and getting to drive all different kinds was an enjoyable experience for me. I also enjoyed this position because I was able to help put those individuals coming to the Emergency Room at ease. My position provided refuge as they did not have to stress about finding a parking spot while they or their loved one was having a medical emergency. I left this job to take a position with Allied Barton Security Services. This job consisted of patrolling grounds, buildings, and manning a post at a local company. I enjoyed this position because I was able to be mobile. Every hour and a half myself and the other guards would switch posts and duties. I worked here from 4pm-12am Wednesday through Saturday. While I enjoyed not having to work overnight, working until 12am wasn’t ideal since I was also became a student during this time. I left this job to take a position working for the Bucks County Community College Fire Training Center. This job consisted of managing and operating all grounds and training equipment for the fire programs the college was providing. I handled all of the ordering, inventory, shipping, and transportation of equipment and educational materials as well as the needs of transportation for the instructors. I enjoyed this position because I was always busy. There really was never any period of time where I was bored or didn’t have something to do. Once I was well versed on the job I was self-motivated and driven to stay ahead of demands. I worked here from 7am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday. However, there were numerous occasions where I would work 7 days a week at various hours depending on testing and transportation needs. I left this job for a position as a Deputy Sheriff for the County of Bucks since Criminal Justice was the major of my college degree. I have learned and executed nearly every position within the Sheriff’s Office. I really enjoy this position because I have worked my way up and am now in a managerial role. I am also a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania. In this position I help buyers and sellers mainly in Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties sell or purchase real estate. I really enjoy this career because I think home ownership is an amazing opportunity for any individual and love being able to provide knowledge to those that are ready to enter the market.
