I teach engineering classes for both middle and high school students. I also mentor the school FIRST Robotics program along with other extra curricular activities. My robotics teams have received local, state, regional, and international awards at contests over the past 13 years. These experiences challenge students to go beyond the classroom walls and encourage them to solve real world problems that they will face in their adult lives. Show less

I have taught all subjects at the middle school level, but most of my career has been teaching STEM related classes.

I worked in maintenance to pay my way through college and finish with a degree and no debt. The skills I learned while at Nissan made me appreciate all levels of work. Whether I was speaking with a plant manager or a fellow worker, I came to appreciate the opportunity to form relationships with people from all walks of life.
