A senior property executive with significant acquisitions and development management experience managing projects from inception to delivery including feasibilities, planning, concept and design management, authority approvals, construction management, leasing and marketing achieving all time, budget and built quality milestones within the commercial, retail, casino / hotel sectors.Project lead experience in the analysis, planning and the delivery of new developments and major asset repositioning projects, with proven capability managing multiple projects at various phases of completion.Extensive project financial management experience including budgeting, feasibilities, cost planning, cost control, cost forecasting, risk analysis, and contingency management. Experience leading project teams, managing tenders, procurement, head contract administration during construction, monitoring construction program to ensure key milestones are achieved.Experience overseeing the investment performance of diverse high quality institutional property portfolios, inclusive of strategic portfolio management, asset management, and capital transactions. Thorough understanding of property fundamentals and markets. Significant experience delivering real estate solutions; identifying, and implementing value add initiatives; implementing valuation growth across property portfolios; lead major leasing negotiations and transactions that maximise NOI: ensuring high occupancy, high tenant retention, reduced downtime, and increase in WALE. Experience in business capital planning, including annual & 5YR Capital Plan budgeting, managing the financial performance of projects.
