Utilized both NATO technicians and local national contractors to construct projects. Projects ranged from small office rehabilitations, HAZMAT storage structures, and water and sewer infrastructure.Designed and built a vehicle inspection point at one of the largest intersections in Kabul. This project required considerations for special backscatter scanning equipment, high volumes of civilian vehicle traffic, Afghan military operation, and threat deterrent.

Led a team of five technicians with twelve custodial staff to support the Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities. Focused on improving response times and code compliance. Used quantitative data from work order management software and customer satisfaction surveys to assess team performance. Found significant technical problems with the indoor salt-water pool and spa. Implemented new procedures and replaced failing equipment to allow more safe use of these amenities while also better following State regulations.Found a history of recurring failures in one wing of the facility. These work orders included water damage to carpets, walls, and privately owned items with accumulated costs for repairs and replacements. Identified the root problem with HVAC condensate lines and implemented a corrective action plan that saved money by reducing failure rates and damage compensation. Improved reaction times with more accurate solutions led to a significantly higher approval rating of both the facility team and the over-all management.
