As a child growing up in a large family in the San Fernando Valley, Marc learned the importance of teamwork, loyalty and hard work at an early age. He finished high school at age 17 and attended Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. Four years later, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. During his successful career as a social worker working with disabled adults, Marc saw the effects of good and bad lawyering in the lives of his clients. With carefully built estate plans, his clients had plenty of financial options; with bad estate plans, some people suffered terrible losses. Determined that everyone deserves the full protection of estate planning laws, he enrolled at the University of San Diego School of Law. After finishing his studies in 1995 (after only two and one-half years), Marc worked at two small litigation firms in Lancaster before starting his own law office in 2001. He has focused his practice on creating estate plans for local families and helping local businesses to increase their cashflow. Marc uses his experiences in the courtroom to help his clients avoid the pitfalls that often lurk in incomplete estate plans and business deals.In the past 20 years, Marc has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County Municipal and Superior Courts. He has been active with many local community groups such as the Antelope Valley Children’s Choir, Quartz Hill Little League, and the Boy Scouts of America. Marc has also served as President of the Board at Desert Haven Enterprises and President of the Antelope Valley Bar Association. Most important, Marc has been married since 1990, and he is the proud father of a college graduate, a college freshman and a high school freshman.
