- Management of a 15 Recruiter Team: planification, tasks distribution, evaluation, training, support, etc.- Responsible of all the recruitment needs from all our projects. - Review, improve and create different recruitment process and procedures aligned with the Global Team.- Look for new recruitment strategies: attraction, evaluation, engagement- Reporting and data analysis. Benchmarking.- Communication and alignment with different departments and external suppliers. Part of client visits presentations.- Recruitment Financial control. - Collaboration and tasks into the Development & Training Team

- Full Recruitment Process (Spanish, English and Catalan): o Responsible of two specific projects, also for the Spanish market on all the projects. o Experience in internal promotions. - ETT Coordinator - Implementation of new procedures - Programs and platforms used: Infojobs (Epreselec), Linkedin, Europe Lenguage Jobs, EasyReacrue, Quia, Excelenzia, Corporate Webside, Office Package, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
