Having started my career as a Telephony Service Agent, then moving into change management roles, before settling in Product Management, I have experienced a wide variety of financial products and have seen many different perspectives.I enjoy solving problems and finding solutions to complex issues, and am proud to hold a role that allows me to balance customer benefit with business objectives. Problem solving has always been enjoyable to me, both because I like to understand how things do and should work and because it presents an opportunity to work with people.I have been lucky enough to work with a diverse selection of colleagues throughout my career to date. This has given me the chance to learn and develop a flexible approach to any activities I work on.I love to learn new things in, and out of, work. Professionally, my current development goal is to become an expert on data literacy and story-telling and personally, my current (and longstanding) goal is to learn Spanish.
