Controller Manager in the 'Acquisition of data' Division since December 2013:- Reduction of capital employed projects (Marine BL adaptation plan, Land BL NAM Divestment, Airborne BL restructuring)- Reporting at ˋAcquisition of data´Division level

Financial reporting manager at the Corporate level:- Group financial communication to the board & equity market ; and in charge of relationship with rating agencies- Debt and equity raising- M&A projects (Fugro deal, GOK transaction)

Loan and High Yield Capital Market Group, Associate (Analyst from December 2005 to January 2008– Leveraged Finance Group).- Development of monthly, quarterly and annually detailed cash flow projection models, projection sensitivity and return analyses.- Preparation of credit memoranda in support of new transactions, presentations to internal credit committees, participation in syndication of senior debt underwritings.- Market and sector analyses, due diligence of targeted companies, credit and investment analyses.- Deals include: sponsor-led domestic leveraged buyouts and leveraged recapitalizations.- Sponsor portfolio analyses. Active support on 3 IPOs - APRR, SANEF (French highway companies) and SAFT:- Built database on the sector: networks (size, density, growth), financial analysis (profitability, margins, debt levels);- Performed valuations and daily updates of peer group comparisons: yields, multiples, IRR;- Managed requests from world-wide clients and sales forces during pre-marketing phase.Cooperation with the financial analyst on Transportation Infrastructures for the valuation and the steady of the sector’s firms results:- Prepared reports and presentations for sales force, interacting in morning meetings in France and UK;- Built models
