• In cooperation with and with guidance from the Senior Design Manager, agree and schedule all incoming works assigned so that it can be completed in accordance with customer requirements.• Collect and analyze data to enable the preparation of workshop drawing in accordance with Project requirements and the Project Quality Plan.• Review Architectural & Structural drawings and where appropriate initiate RFI (Request For Information) or TQ (Technical Queries) so that information may be properly requested.• Curtain Wall or Façade System development to be followed under the guidance of senior design and structural engineering staff and must follow direction from the ProjectManager and the accepted tender documentation• Prepare all workshop drawings in accordance with all applicable codes, standard details and applicable standards for formal submission.• Prepare all 3D parametric solid and surface models as required for the projects.• Prepare all Fabrication Drawings in accordance with standard details and project requirements and ensure that they are sufficiently detailed so that the production facility can fabricate and assemble.• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) as directed either by using proprietary software or bymanual take off and present in a format that can be properly used for procurement.• Maintain drawing registers in accordance with documented procedures.• Prepare tender submission drawings as requested and under the direction of thedesign manager.
