Travel and Expense Specialist (May 2010 - August 2012_• Responsible for managing our client’s Concur Travel and Expense account and system administrator tasks (handles password reset, bank account update, new user account set up, and termination.) I also worked as Expense Report Auditor who does auditing tasks for reimbursement requests in line with our standard operating procedures and company policy. • Generate and prepare our productivity reports and other reporting tasks being sent to our counter-part for monitoring purposes and as a back-up, I attend client calls when SME is not around. We support T&E globally (APJ, EMEA, & NA) thus, I served as one of the customer service representative in the group handling queries pertaining to reimbursement, expense report status, bank change requests, password reset requests, new user set up, that we usually receive thru calls, emails and voicemails.
