-Responsible for ensuring Premium Billing Statements are sent to Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Recipients in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as SPAP Invoice Statements and Employer Group Waiver Plan Invoices. -Tasked with working with various departments including Prod Control and Enrollment to schedule IT Billing Jobs in order to transform the output into data that can be used to send members and groups invoices and statements. -Validating that billing information is accurate, following business rules in order to assign members the correct statements, and coordinating the printing and mailing of these statements with a print vendor-Reviews of electronic samples of printed billing statements to ensure accuracy- Performs tracking and reporting of mailing, membership, and dollar amount totals for internal and external contacts-Working with the client to develop Business Rules and resolve member issues, developing statement templates as well as updating existing templates with print vendor.-Auditing of cash receipts and production billing-Completes queries in Microsoft Access to reconcile various files and produce reports -Maintains communication with clients to provide feedback and resolution on billing issues-Performs analytical reviews of billing extracts and member accounts-Coordinating the refund processes for multiple clients-Experience using SQL to query reporting and production databases-Preforms Data Analysis of monthly mailings and financials for forecasting
