I focus my practice on insurance coverage, casualty litigation, and commercial litigation, serving as counselor and advocate in all phases of litigation in State and Federal Courts and also providing pre-suit analyses regarding coverage obligations and other disputes. Prior to joining STEWART | SMITH, I was a partner at a well-respected insurance defense firm, where I represented, among others, a Fortune 100 company in a wide variety of premises liability, premises security, and trucking defense matters involving catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death claims, as well as commercial litigation matters.

Represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil actions involving breach of contract, property disputes, economic torts, violations of UTPCPL, Unfair Insurance Practices, landlord tenant disputes, mechanics’ lien and enforcement actions, oil futures market contract disputes, Title VII defense work, mortgage foreclosures, obtaining and enforcing judgments, and premises liability defense

Represented and counseled indigent clients in criminal defense matters in this cooperation between the Public Defenders Office of Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Widener University School of Law.
