Provide project status reports to Property Manager• Prepare/review plans, estimates, the scope of works for various projects• Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property• Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill• Conduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel• Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings and testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation • Attend to unit concerns of residents, and provide technical assistance needed• Coordinate with the developer in rectifying the punch-list of the building regarding (MEFPS)• Ensure that the energy conservation was monitored

Job Responsibilities:Operate and Maintain Petroleum Terminal Facilities• Responsible for operation and maintenance of Terminal equipment such as pumps, and generator.• Ensure the implementation of 52 week preventive maintenance• In-charge with operation and maintenance of Motor Control Center (MCC) • Do preventive and corrective maintenance on terminal equipment to ensure the operation of terminal• In-charge with the supervision of Fleet, and Marine operation including Security personnel• Conducts inspection and give recommendation for road tankers according to terminal safety standards• Conducts inspection in terminal contractor activities such as tank cleaning, pipe conversion, and installation of Internal floating roof (IFR)Tank Farm Operation• Facilitate the blending of Petroleum products in accordance to Bio-fuels act. • Monitors the receiving and discharging of cargo from international vessel and local vesselMarine Operation• Facilitate in the loading/discharging or petroleum products• Coordinates with ship’s crew such as Captains, Chief mates, and other vessel crew. • Implement safety according to International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers and Terminals (ISGOTT)Part of Emergency Response Team• One of the team lead on emergency responses such as Oil Spill, and fire prevention.
