I work as an upskilled home service engineer specialising in the service and upgrade of Sky equipment within communal systems located in apartments, flats ans care homes.

As part of the home service ambassador team on an 18 month secondment, I personally covered Cumbria, Lancashire, North Yorkshire and Southport areas. On a daily basis I spend time out in the field with our engineers promoting best practice and coaching engineers with the goal of creating the best in home experience possible, also being in the ambassador team brings me into strategic projects ran by Sky which we often trial new products and procedures and offer feedback.

Working as a home engineer for Sky, I visit customers in their own homes and deliver a world class experience helping them get the most out of their Sky products by optimising their home entertainment experience. I spent the majority of my time working alone but I am part of a wider team that I support on a daily basis, I strive to do my all to embrace the company’s goal to “Believe in Better”

As assistant manager I was responsible for a high street store and its 6 staff, I coached, developed and mentored a team of Sales Consultants and Foreign Exchange Cashiers. I lead the team to inspire and plan our customers dream holidays, while ensuring my stores sales and revenue targets were achieved.
