Marc Kratzat grew up in a small town near Cologne, Germany. In 2011 Marc moved to Fort Myers, FL USA, where he graduated from Bishop Verot Catholic High School in 2013. Afterwards, he studied towards his B.S. in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. While being a student, Marc successfully completed numerous internships to gain first work experiences. As an academic intern, he worked at the University’s budget office, where he had the opportunity to assist in the preparation of monthly budget reports, helped to perform various adhoc analyses on certain parts of the university and supported the budget transfer process. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2017, Marc moved back to Germany and got his first job at Adecco as a temporary worker, where he did a 9 month project as an office clerk at TNT Express‘ cost controlling department. Currently, Marc works in Business Development at Creditreform Rating, where he is the first contact person for institutional investors and asset managers. Marc encompasses financial professionals to find the rating product they need. It is important that investors and other rating users identify their risks associated to an investment and meet their regulatory requirements.
