Responsibilities within Randstad’s Key Account for Non Profit customers (amongst others: SVB, Waternet, City of Amsterdam, several City districts, Dutch Tax Authorities):- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. - Advising clients on building a successful team. - Recruiting and interviewing the best candidates for our clients. - Building talent pools. - Coaching of candidates during job interviews and career-advancement consultation. - Group trainings to prepare for job interviews and group assessments.

Responsibilities: - Marketing & Sales of DSM’s Ammonium Sulphate within the Food Feed and Pharmaceutical Industry (Europe & USA). - Account management – building long term relationships. - Managing Quality control issues. - Managed the logistics process regarding purchase and sales contracts. - Business Development for the use of Ammonium Sulphate within new applications.

Responsibilities: - Advising about the implementation of the EU Mediation Directive and the use of Mediation in Tax Disputes and Administrative Law.- Organizing expert meetings. - Conducting research regarding the use of Mediation in Tax Disputes and Administrative Law.- Co-writing the legislative texts for the bill with which Mediation will be legally recognized throughout the Netherlands.

Responsible for the selection of applicants for our clients (amongst others ICS and ABN/AMRO) within the new developed Internet Recruitment Unit.

As a Junior Lecturer Conflict Resolution I was Responsible for tutoring and coaching first year law students on Alternative Dispute Resolution and to develop an academic and critical perspective of law.
