Responsibilities include set up and machining all rotating and non rotating components of pumps, blowers, valves, turbines, and compressors used in heavy industrial settings as well as job shop general work. Inspect rotating equipment components, create working sketches to mfg. set up extra large capacity machinery to repair original and/ or mfg. replacement parts, both manual and CNC. Field machining.

Responsible for repair machining or duplication of replacement parts of all rotating equipment used in the oil, power, and water industries. Assign work to others and assist when needed. Maintain efficient production practices and quality of machine work performed on the shift. Field machining as needed.

Set up and operate large and small equipment to machine forgings of exotic metals.

Set up and operate various machine tools including VTL's, HBM's, and Hydrotels used to mfg. Large complex vaccum chambers requiring close tolerancing on 316 s/s fabrications.

Manage the night shift production. Responsible for employees, inspection, equipment maintenence. Primary product: gear mfg.
